Hi there, I use all these products so will try and help with some advice: 1. I use Nizol (2 - 3 times a week) normal shampoo on other days. Blowdry hair as soon as i get out of the shower and apply minoxidil/ROGAIN to the dry hair. I then wait for the minoxidil to soak in and dry, i then rub hands...

Unfortunately didn't take any pictures at the start. Also I apply hair fibres so haven't really monitored much but will post a pic once a month from now on as will be good to see if anything changes. Such an embarrassing and emotional issue but guess I don't have to tell you lot that haha...
