Good to know. I've not got any scars at all. Also have a hairy chest so wouldn't really notice. Id also be more bothered by thin hair than tiny white scars so if I was short on grafts I'd use chest hair. That said, there's no right or wrong and it's a personal choice of course.

Yes second op is crown and mid scalp, that's right. You cant just rely on body and beard hair to do my second op. The crown is technical compared to the front and you need hair that has the same properties as head hair ideally. Most of the premium hair has been used on the front in any event.

Interesting. I didn't know they were ALL singles but thought 1s and 2s. No scarring at all. My beard hair under my chin is a bit thinner but that's only an issue if you're growing a full beard down your neck/throat.

I had 4900 grafts in total. About 3800 were from my head and the rest were beard and chest hair for added density. I always planned for 2 procedures so they didn't want to risk over harvesting for the first op. Even with "just" 3800 grafts taken from the back of my head, you can certainly notice...

Haha. Yeah it does look that way. No just the lighting and I'd just been cutting down trees in the garden so have loads of saw dust in my hair .

I was NW6 and had a mix of head, beard and chest hair for my first op. I'm 10 months post op and results are decent so far.

I think it was about €4500 - €5000 all in including flights. It cost extra for beard and body hair (which I had too) and I got a different hotel to the one included in the package as I'm a bit picky when it comes to hotels. That adds to the cost above their quoted pricing. Good luck.

There's no way you can get all that area covered in one mega session - or you can but it's a gamble. They'd need to harvest so much hair and risk over harvesting. They need to see how your hair grows back on the donor area first and then assess the donor area for a second sesh. Two 5000 graft...

I had about 5000 using beard and body hair as well grafts. Still early days regarding how the hair is. Time will tell.
