If I’m using trichosol and dutasride without a wetting agent will it still be able to penatrate? Like do I need something with trichosol or will trichosol alone be enough to penetrate

There website says otherwise and a guy I asked said otherwise. Also, I mix mine with the gel tablets so I don’t have these lumps. I don’t know if the gel tablets are better to mix with though but it could be true

I originally asked the trichosol guy when I bought it and he said it works fine but I can ask again

What do you mean by lumps? Isn’t it already in a liquid gel when you dump the tablets in the solution anyways

If I needle .75mm-1mm every other week, will I be increasing systemic absorption if I do it 3-4 days apart from application? I’m currently on topical dutasteride and am worried about increased absorption. Is 3-4 days long enough to have no increased absorption? I’ve heard some people say 24-36...

When do you reach peak concentration? How many weeks?

Does anyone know how long it take for dutasteride to reach homeostasis in the body. If the half life of dutasteride is 5 weeks, is it tye homeostasis will be reached in 4-5 times the half life so would max build up be reached by 20-25 weeks? Also, does taking a week off like every 4-5 weeks help?

For those who needle, is this too much? Also, how long should I wait to apply topicals after it’s this red

Is this too much redness for needling? I do it three days apart of each application btw. Will this make it go systemic
