It's been a while since I casually wrote something

@callpizza I hope you are feeling better these days, and getting more sleep. It definitely can have a bad effect.

    am i receding?

You really are not at the stage that balding is noticeable, if you do have androgen alopecia. It is possible that you might not have it. Most men do have a "mature"hairline after puberty, even men who don't have androgen alopecia. White people usually go balder earlier because they have more...

    am i receding?

It might be going into the Norwood 1 territory, but I don't really think it's generally that noticeable. In theory baldness can happen anytime after puberty. Just use a little Minoxidil on the hairline at this stage. You really have nothing to lose.

Topical finasteride - Support for a Beginner

Topical Finasteride is less systemic than oral, that's a known fact. Here is a published study on the subject. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34634163/ Now the question is if it is effective or not as oral. I really don't know. So far, it has been working for me.

Been on dutasteride for 14 years - new to oral minoxidil - what dose?

Dustasteride should fight Androgen alopecia on it's own. If you do want to take Minoxidil, I would recommend doing it topically. It is probably more effective.

Do you think Chaz Bono takes anything to keep his hair, or is he using a hair system? https://www.facebook.com/ChazBonoOfficial He is the former daughter of Cher. He transitioned at around 38 years old.

dutasteride or finasteride around a newborn baby boy?

You really need to ask a healthcare professional about that. This is a good question.

    dutasteride at 17y

Start with Finasteride and Minoxidil. As long as you don't go higher then one milligram. If you can't get Finasteride just use Minoxidil.

    57yo , 3 month progress.

His density is better. I was looking at this at nighttime, and I was really tired at the time. As a 56-year-old man, I will say this. He definitely is using a color that looks natural and his hairstyle does fit him. You can tell hasn't given up on himself. @Brownbeaver, keep up the good work.

    57yo , 3 month progress.

@Brownbeaver, I'm just saying this to be honest, and save your money. Please do not get offended. I don't think your hair density is getting better. If you really want to save it, take something stronger. I'm the same age as you, and I treat my hair loss very agressively (started treating it...

    Dutasteride has destroyed my hairline

@Jpw1999 Your hairline has good density in the photo. Age is going to do bad things to everybody. There's nothing wrong with your hair density. Enjoy life, it's too short.

Here I will publish my results on 25 mg spironolactone.

Spironlactone is prescribed to some transgender women so they have a more feminine appearance. As far as the transgender women I know, they had androgen alopecia hair loss before transitioning, so I think their follicles were already dead.

Here I will publish my results on 25 mg spironolactone.

I just think Spirolactane is dangerous. I understand that he is taking it topically, and not that much will enter his bloodstream. I'm not judging anybody. I even tried using topical Estroidal (Estrogen) on my scalp, but I quit after a month because I was warned against it. I also know...

Here I will publish my results on 25 mg spironolactone.

I just use Finasteride and Minoxidil. That does the job for me. That should be enough for androgen alopecia, that's really all you need. If you're Caucasion, you have a higher follicle density, and you will go balder sooner than a non Caucasion person. (Why is spell check marking Caucasion...

Look, does masturbation/sex worsen hairloss or NOT?

Masturbation does not raise DHT levels. It does not cause baldness.
