I've been ordering topical spironolactone from Hairlosstalk's store, but they appear to be out of stock (http://www.hairlosstalk.com/shop/dht-inhibitors.html ). I can't wait long without risking running out of my current supply, and this site doesn't state when they expect to have their product in...
This all seems a bit over-enthusiastic. Sexual Anhedonia, not getting pleasure from ejaculation, doesn't sound great, but it seems pretty mild compared to many sexual dysfunctions.
If people would rather get a wig or hair transplantation than try Propecia, that might sometimes make sense, but...
For the commenter who's taking 6000 IU daily of vit D, that sounds a bit high.
These are what seem to be the soundest recommendations I've seen:

I first apply Revivogen to the scalp (using the Revivogen dropper), and then I rub in spironolactone gel. The Revivogen gets rubbed in while I'm rubbing in the spironolactone.
I'm using the spironolactone gel sold through this site's store. I believe spironolactone can also be obtained in dropper form, but I've heard people...
Dave,
It sounds like you have the right attitude :)
I think cutting finasteride 1mg in half each day sounds good. That's probably better than taking the pill every other day.
What about the slipped disc prevents working out? Will it cause nerve damage or something?
Reading PUA (pick up artistry)...
My hair follicles haven't been tingling at all since I've started this, which seems like a reasonable indicator of greater protection.
I was previously using spironolactone 3x per day, and Revivogen 1x per day, so the only difference is Revivogen used both in the morning and night.
If anybody has any...
I think starting multiple treatments simultaneously might be preferable... if each one causes your hair to shed and regrow under the new conditions, might as well make it go through that adaptation only once.
Judging whether a treatment is working or not seems illusory too me... there are too...
We have no knowledge of what our hair loss would have been if we hadn't started propecia (maybe 2x as much loss?), and the science is good, so I believe the prudent course is to continue taking it and don't give it another thought. :)
Does anybody think there could be problems with applying spironolactone + Revivogen at the same time?
1. Is it possible they could interfere with each other's chemical properties?
2. What about interfering with each other's absorption into the follicles?
I think it'd be great for some of us to use...
Regarding more general advice, I recommend re-starting finasteride. We can't really tell if it's working or not, but the science is good and getting off of it causes shedding, so I recommend getting on it and don't bother evaluating whether it's working or not.
I don't think your hair looks bad. You...
The article linked to suggests a solution for the difficulty in measuring cut up finasteride pills. He suggests dissolving a proscar pill in water and then drinking 1/10 of the water each day (.5mg of finasteride).
That seems like a good idea, but it'd be important to verify the finasteride...
After a lot of research, I've been using Fincar from Inhouse for 4 years, along with Revivogen. I don't have any complaints.
I cut 1/5th off the tablet with a razor each night and take that. Make sure you don't run out of pills
I think it might be a good sign if you could narrow it down to it being just a blood flow problem rather than something more mysterious.
Wearing a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cock_ring , which lets blood into the penis but restricts blood flowing out, might fix the problem while you're using...
