My doctor got minoxidil and finasteride mixed up. All he had to say about any of it was that finasteride had to be applied topically to your head daily, and that if you weren't careful you'd end up with hairs on your face. Heh.
That's good to hear.
There's so many cases of someone developing a mature hairline in their 20s, keeping it into their early thirties, and then watching it continually recede, at varying rates, from there (Matt Damon).

How do you all feel about this remark? I find it empirically accurate. That is, anyone who has a mature hairline at 22 will experience further balding (and will not remain at a mature hairline their entire life). I find that those that still have mature hairlines at age 50+ didn't reach their...
You appear to have a mature hairline. This is normal and not considered male pattern baldness (though there's some debate about the term). It's possible you have some diffuse thinning, but the pictures don't really make it clear.
If you're really concerned about how much hair you're losing, then you ought to...
It's difficult to objectively evaluate shedding. You're supposed to lose 50-100 hairs daily, and now it sounds like you might be making an effort to find them. Balding is a continual process of hair miniturization through DHT attack. Even seemingly abnormal shedding isn't necessarily an...
You might simply have a mature hairline. It's hard to tell without seeing the hairline itself, but you look to be in the NW2 range. The optimist would say your hair could remain like that for the rest of your life. The pessimist would say that you're just in the early (and perhaps rapidly...
