That's the question actually. Do I walk away when a surgeon says he doesn't do 100% of the work? How wise/necessary is it to offer +10 or +15% on top of the given quota so that the surgeon does 100% of the operation her/himself? And other heads ups and tips about Turkey are all welcome me...

No I'm quite ready for a period of shedding. 'am not too worried about that. I just don't know if 4 application of the lotion on top of each other is doing any good-- Rinsing it just with water will make it even fattier and more of a mess. Thanx for taking the time.
