Interesting observation: After several sessions it feels as though my scalp is much less sensitive to the pain of needling, at first .5mm on naked scalp felt like hell, now i barely feel it. All else being equal.
I find the derminator 1's needle settings jump around like crazy when you look at their screen. So the .5MM "setting" usually ends up being .75 or even 1MM. Maybe that depends on how hard you push as well, but the fact is after the session i have the same sunburn erythemic appearance and some...
Been doing it with the original derminator @.5MM fastest speed with a shaved head. It's very unpleasant.....once every 2 weeks is do-able though. Hopefully will start to see some results in a few months.
I have a good pain tolerance, this sh*t is defnitely like getting pinched 25 times a second, i have quite low bodyfat and maybe thin skin/scalp. But the next day it has the sunburn look so i think im doing it right, did over 100k wounds on my head lol
Anyone else have minor bleeding / scabbing? I'm using .5 MM on the Derminator 1 (on a shaved head). Perhaps im going over the same area too many times?
That sh*t kind of hurts too when doing it for several minutes in a row lol.... But if its once bi-weekly then i can manage this...
Interesting theory.
But i dont understand the evolutionary mechanism between the balance of AR/VDR and this specific horseshoe pattern..why does some hair remain? and why evolution didn't select for women to lose their hair at nearly the same levels, dont they need some sun too?
Why do...
The main problem i see is that Follica have to find a balance between efficacy and Monetization. It's *possible* that daily wounding would work better, but how do you get people to go to a clinic to get needled daily, not practical. It's not outlandish to say that they came up with these depth...
