Revivogen + topical spironolactone have been good to me. Revivogen alone maintained well enough for years, and I'm seeing regrowth after adding spironolactone about 5 months ago. I don't think I could reduce Revivogen applications and still maintain like they claim, so it's not perfect. Expensive, but they work...
