Try taking it with Glutamine 30 mins before workout. Also its only good for strength training - doesn't do much for cardio.

I tried creatine, its pretty good at the gym. If my hair is going to go so be it, creatine is good stuff for training!

Hi all, So this is directed to those who get sides from finasteride. Topical finasteride can work well, and if you get sides still, have low dose oral creatine - this will raise dht levels in your body, while the topical finasteride will reduce the dht on your scalp.
