How would you prepare an ethanol based (no DMSO) topical with WAY-316606? Curious what concentration to use and whether or not to add things like PEG/tween.

Please link study so I don't waste three thousand dollars.

I'm seeing UT-34 has the same solubility in ethanol as it does in DMSO. Could a simple 90% aqueous ethanol solvent be sufficient as a topical vehicle for UT-34?
