unfortunately zinc and distilled water did not work for me it maybe even increased the hairloss @worm

im on 3 zinc capsules in 60 mls distilled water for 3 days now i feel like my scalp is so dry and kinda not helping with the hairloss

guys am i missing something here the zinc can't be dilluted in the distilled water its just white floating particles.. also do you massage your hair with the water or just drop it?

guys do you use the distilled water the same one in battries and cars? also do u shake the mixture before using?
