    25 and balding. (1.5 months on finasteride/nizoral)

Like Dr.Bernstein alreay told you, that is male patten baldness no doubt. It has nothing to do with stress! You could wait with minoxidil until you know how good you respond to finasteride, but theres nothing wrong with jumping on minoxidil right now either - it might thicken up your thinning areas and...

    22 year old w/ receding temples. :(

Telogen effluvium doesnt make your hairline recede like that, male pattern baldness do. It skips generations, someone on one side of your family must have carried that gene and you ended up getting it, it sucks i know, but denial is just a waste of time - the sooner you get on meds the more hair you get to keep!

    22 year old w/ receding temples. :(

That is classical Male Pattern Baldness man. It has nothing to do with stress or poor diet and so on, it's genetical. Finasteride and Minoxidil is the way to go here if you want to keep your hair. It looks pretty aggressive for your age but the meds could very well keep it and maybe even regrow...

38 Yrs Old With Odd Hairline and Unusual Loss Pattern

Yea, keep in mind you're like 12 years older than me though so I'd still say you're in a better position than me haha. Minoxidil works for my temples but its fcking useless in my front for some reason...but you should give it a try. If it doesnt work all you have to do is get a hair transplant...

2025's story with pictures. 24y old with receding hairline

I'm not considering surgery as of right now but in 2-3 years my hairline will probably be a lot worse than it is right now. You gotta remember I've been keeping it at bay for a couple of years already, it wont last forever. If i'd quit finasteride and min tomorrow i'd be a NW3 in like 4 months for...

2025's story with pictures. 24y old with receding hairline

Hello guys! I'm a 24 year old guy from the US and I've been fighting male pattern baldness for about 3 years now. The journey started back in my senior year of college, where I noticed some of my temple hairs were losing their color and thinning a bit. There's no history of male pattern baldness in my family except for my dad...
