I know this has already been slightly covered, but it appears Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B are good for hair. This is what the ZMA supplement contains. However, taking this supplement raises testosterone levels so in turn maybe increasing DHT, therefore hairloss... what do you guys think?? Any experience of people taking this sup and what were your results?

ZMA will not necessarily increase testosterone, but it will help "normalize" testosterone levels. Making it the level it should be at......if not close to it anyways. So if someone were to have lower test levels than usual, then perhaps it could help them normalize it. Bring it up to where it should be. It's a regulator basically. :)
