zinc pyrithione vs nizoral

I think most of shampoo has this think in...and you can not wash your hair for ever with nizoral...maybe it's made just for commercial purpose.I need to wash your hair sometimes with normal shampoo.I'm using "head and shoulders"since 4 years ago but it has zinc pyrithione.It's really good for me.What should I do?To change it now?Maybe Pantene is better.

I saw a study comparing Nizoral to a 1% zinc shampoo. The 1% zinc shampoo had hair loss, whereas Nizoral had hair growth. I would stay away from the 1% zinc shampoo.
