Zeramin3 Topical Day And Night Hair Loss Formula????

has anyone here heard of this zeramin3 or better yet used it? I have been using rogaine foam for quite awhile and not having much success. this company supposedly has a separate formula to use for daytime and night time. what would possibly be the difference?

any thoughts on this product? i have a friend who just bought it. He hasn't started it yet because he is waiting for it to arrive in the mail. he has more money than me to waste, so i always try to do my research first.
