This man named Chris T. Oxford claims he has found a solution to stop hairloss. He wrote a book about it, and sells it on his website for $37.

Well I guess you got the answers to that. This guy on that site is a well known spammer of the forum so I edited out his link and locked this post. As the others guys here responded, this is a scam. I am glad you asked before you spent the money.
