Alright first do not tell me its my imagination because it is not. It might not be a Norwood 7 but compared to what I had I have lost hair. Not a strong history of it either in my family. I get a strong itching tingling in the area where my hair thins or sheds it started at the very temples, middle top, back, and recently its now at the very front and I have some miniaturizing there. Im on nothing right now I decided to just watch it and see where it goes but the itching in the front and the thinning worries me. So do I watch it more do I take something what do you decide in my shoes? I realize the pictures kind of suck but its the best I could get.

I'm not sure how old you are but from the bowl cut in the first pic, I'd say very young, and it's potentially just a maturing hairline. Your back looks pretty normal assuming those are natural swirls. You can't really tell that part without a before picture, but I know it's something I've personally worried about before (unnecessarily).

Hmm so you think its not worth using propecia and I should just watch it and see where it goes still? I dont want it to get any worse and the itching in the front really worries me.
