New Feature Added to Forums
The HairLossTalk.com Programmers have added yet another new feature to the forums. Avatars are the little pictures people have under their usernames.
Those of you without Avatars are currently seeing a default image that looks like this:
If you click on it, you will be taken to the AVATAR GALLERY where we've uploaded a bunch of possible avatars you can choose from. Just pick one and submit and it will be applied.
HOWEVER..............
If you go to your profile (Profile link at top of page) you are able to upload your own avatar or link to one via a URL. You aren't required to use ours.
TO EVERYONE WITH AVATARS
Please help eachother out by sticking to the following guidelines for avatars:
* Try to keep them 100 pixels wide or less. Longer is better than wider. Wide totally throws off the structure of the pages you post on and makes it rather annoying for other users with smaller monitors.
* Please try to use avatars that have small file size. The bigger file size means the pages load slower, and that is *really* annoying for people who are trying to skip around the forums quickly.
