So i'm 19 years old, and a norwood 3. My hair has lost atleast 40% of its density by now, and at a young age its become very hard for me to even come close to accept being bald.
Finasteride unfortunately gave me a low sexual drive. I was on it for a whole year and nothing seemed to get better, so I let go of it.
I'm looking to start minoxidil and topical spironolactone.
My concern, i've read spironolactone can give you the sides that finasteride give you, even if its used topically.
Apparently some still goes in the scalp, something like that.
Any feedback? Any advice?
