you guys need to watch this movie called "gattaca"

really touching movie about the issue of how "good" someones genetics are. really good and thought provoking

its about this guy who has "inferior genetics" and impersonates somebody with "good genetics" in order to achieve his dream of space travel

i could really relate to the main character's feelings about having "bad genetics".

the movie even mentions premature hair loss at one point, when the doctor says he will make sure the main characters brother doesnt have it because its a "prejudicial condition" which i strongly agree on . . . .

It takes looksism to the next level by backing up prejudice with science. But you need not look to science fiction for tales such as Gattaca when you have history as a guide. Nazi Germany for instance.
