Dear HairlossTalk Members -

Yesterday we experienced several hours of downtime. This was necessary after some login issues were brought to our attention with the new forum. Either way, I owe you all an apology for the inconvenience. Trust me that the minute word gets to me about problems like this, I am blowing up the email and voice mails to the programmers, seeking immediate assistance. Sometimes they are unavailable, but they will always eventually come through, so thank you for your patience.

Those of you who were unable to log in yesterday and requested that a new password be emailed to you, which also did not work, please try logging in today with your original password. If that does not work, please request a new password and that will work. You can then go to your "User Control Panel" (top right of the page) and enter your old password again if you like.

The view regimen button was online, but needed to be rolled back last night. We will have it rolled in again today.

Any other comments or questions related to the forums, please feel free to post them here.

Regimen buttons are back online, and you can go into your profile to edit the information you have entered there.
