xandrox 15 lost during shipping or handling - what to do

I recently ordered 2 xandrox 15 bottles and 2 shampoo bottles from Dr. Lee.
When I opened the package there was only one xandrox 15 and 2 shampoo bottles.
I had a discount for 44$ from previous orders. I am assuming that this is what confused the shipping person.

When I contact the merchant, they insist that they verified the contents twice and can't be responsible for the loss during delivery.

I got the package (USPS prority) without any damage. I am assuming either a postman stole one xandrox 15 (less likely) or Dr. Lee's staff messed up (likely imo).

What are the options I have? I have lost 88$. When I called the credit card company, they said we can file a dispute for 88$. Is it worth doing this? If a dispute is filed will it bring back details about the shipment weight when shipped and handled in the USPS office in CA?

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. I am also afraid that if I piss off Dr. Lee's staff by filing a dispute claim, they might remove me from their patient list or worse mail me junk.

Please note, in the last 3 years, this is the first time, this is happening. Usually, Dr. Lee is the best for shipping (both cost and speed). He doesn't charge for handling. (I buy from HairLossTalk.com, Dr. Proctor, etc).
