Well although I'm sure you think you've been ripped off - I've dealt with the site before via Emails without too much hassel.

Never bought anything of them before, but they seem pretty professional and have a lot of stock.

Try ringing up your credit card company and then blocking the charges, if you report it as fraud to them they WILL take it very seriously.

Maybe wait to see if your package will arrive before getting so worked up thow - don't be surprised if your thread is edited as HairLossTalk.com doesn't usually like mocking of sites esp. only hearing from one side of the story.

have you rang them up, try there phone number,what do they say,some companies can be very slow at returning emails,

but remember you are covered by fraud by your credit card, you should not loose any money
