Would you regard this as temple regrowth success?

I've been using rogaine foam on my temples for 5 months now. Recently from studying several pictures of now and 5 months ago of my hairline and from looking at my temple measurement results (measure each temple every month to see how far forward it has come) I have worked out that I've regrown and come forward 45%. Now to me this is alright but in 3 months time I really want to have atleast 90% regrown. If I'm only halfway after 5 months with only 3 left then do you think I can make that target. Promising signs are showing on the bald parts. When I started the rogaine the treated area was completely bald but now there is alot of peach fuzz all around 1cm long on the place I have yet to regrow. I was thinking that the first 4 months of treatment would be slower than the second 4 to 8 months of treatment because the hair follicles are clogged with dht and receiving no treatment whereas the 4 to 8 month period there is considerably less dht on the follicles (I use finasteride daily) and the follicles are in better health thanks to the 4 months of twice daily minoxidil they have been receiving. Also I am only 18 and got on treatments quickly so the follicles haven't been taken over with dht for too long. With this in mind does anyone think I can reach 90% regrowth in the next 3 months bearing in mind the 45% regrowth I have already seen and the other points I have made?

Also I won't be uploading any photos YET but am planning to do a very detailed thread in the success story section WITH photos in the next few months if treatment keeps going well.

Are you aware that you need to continue using minoxidil in order to keep the hair you've regrown?
How long have you been on finasteride? Without being able to see how much you've lost, it's impossible for anyone to even guess how much hair you'll regrow. Looking at the studies though, it seems that month 5 is where growth begins to level off, so probably not.

Thanks for the reply but minoxidil growth leveling off after 5 months doesn't seem right to me. I assumed that I was fortunate as I've regrown quite alot in 5 months (more than most seem to). So to say that after 5 months of genuine success I will probably not see much more progress just doesn't seem to add up.

Having looked at some studies it does seem that minoxidil levels off at 5 months and starts to drop slowly down. I'm confused though, does that mean I will start to lose hair from now on or does it mean I will continue to have regrowth but less? Someone please help with this as I'm a bit worried my regrowth is pretty much worthless.
