Would You Rather Being Diffuse Or Normal Pattern

I have discovered recently that have been lossing hair slowly all over my head for the last 3 years (I am 24yo). I didnt realized before because my temples are perfect (maybe norwood 1-1,5 if thats even exist) so I didnt pay attention to it. But lately I have been feeling the low hair density and the way I can see my scalp is quite obvious.

My question here is if this kind of hair loss diffuse pattern can respond better or worse to the actual treatments and if I am now norwood 1 will I go directly to norwood 7? Just some guidance throught this baldness pattern would be great.

If you respond well to propecia then the diffusing would be better, if not then normal pattern is much better, as one can just fix it with a transplant and maintain with a low dose of propecia, a bit of minoxidil and nizoral.
