Would anyone be able to send me propylene glycol & 190 proof alcohol?

My territory in Canada (Northwest Territories) prohibits ethanol above 150 proof, and I do not have access to propylene glycol locally. My attempts to purchase propylene glycol on amazon have resulted in refunds twice from failed deliveries. I have had 10g of RU in my freezer for almost 6 months now and all the other supplies to measure and mix. If someone could PM me and mail me the ingredients, I would be very thankful...

Don't know if you'll have much luck getting anyone to mail you moonshine. I have no actual experience with RU, but have read lots of posts and here is my advice: mix with liquid minoxidil. It is not ideal, but has been done by some like the Good Looking Loser. I'm in Ontario, and have also come up against the problem of finding 150 proof. Good luck

Could try making it yourself? Alcohol has a lower BP then h2o, just need to get a waterbath and say a dish with like vodka and some method of collecting the gas
