Try to save it before you decide to shave it. You never know what treatments will do for you, and you mentioned that you were a good responder to meds before.

personally if i was at that point id just shave my head or get a transplant, but it depends on your self confidence so it may be worth saving.

Yes, it's totally worth to try saving your hair.

You should at least get on Finasteride, that medication would help maintain the hair you have left in the long term.

My hormone results should come in less than a week. If they are normal I'm definitely hopping back on. If I notice an impairment in my physical training for the marathon I plan on running I will have to quit and accept my fate. But I'm going to treat it like a multivitamin and expect no side effects like the last time I took it. Minoxidil on the other hand did give me sides and I will only take it once a night on a dry head. I think last time I was applying it to a wet head and was applying too much. I will be more careful this time. I won't expect sides with that drug either. I think my hair has huge potential. Especially since both drugs have worked for me in the past.

Since I took finasteride for over 5 years and have now quit for 3.5 I will post my hormone results for those that are interested.

I plan on keeping my hair buzzed and doing it about every 1 to 2 weeks. What guard do you recommend for me to see the results. Number 1, number 2 etc.
