Worth It To Add Spironolactone Cream?

Currently on the big 3. Dermarolling with a 0.5 length two to four times weekly.

Is it worth it to add some s5 cream? It's been a bit tedious to find any information on it, most threads with any mention of spironolactone in them advocate it taken orally. Google results yield pictures of pimply women.

Anyone experience any results or is it mostly a snake oil?

It's definitely not going to do anything on its own. But I'm sure there is some type of added benefit adding to the regimen. You just won't know till you try it if the benefit is worth the hassle of applying day and night. For me, not a big deal. Sometimes I only do once a day.

I've changed my regimen so much recently though (finasteride to dutasteride, dermarolling, diet, minoxidil, keto) that I don't really know who to thank. So I can't tell you if it's working for me or not. I say try it and see how it goes for at least till it runs out.

The good thing about starting something new is that it gives you hope again. Brings your spirits back up. If you're feeling low, why not?

I was thinking the same thing I'm on RU minoxidil and derma rolling, zero results so far was thinking of adding this and hoping it does not go systemic

its an androgen receptor blocker so if the cream is able to penetrate the scalp it should help. but for some reason, I also don't hear much talk about it on this site??? mostly everyone is using Ru, so i havent really heard anything good or bad about it, i wish more would try it and report.

Are you using the s5 cream from this site? It seems like an expensive monthly addition.

I bought the regular one from this site. I ration it pretty well. Hitting all spots with hair loss, and still having it last 3 months.
