IF ur gentically set for male pattern baldness, is it possible that working out in the form of strength training can cause it to start sooner? Or are the testosterone levels only temporarily increased and not significant enough to make a difference? I've read that it shouldnt make a difference but would it make a difference if ur gentically susceptableto male pattern baldness thus making it come sooner rather than later if u hadnt worked out? Also I've read sumwhere that one should do cardio after strength training to help with the testosterone levels after working out? Any truth to any of this?
