Working out reguarly has actually decreased my hairloss

I've been working out regularly for about 2 months and in that time my male pattern baldness has slowed down quite a bit.

When I first started it actually accelerated my hairloss but after a couple of weeks it has really slowed down. I am very happy about this and to all those who are worried about losing more hair while working out, DON'T WORRY!!!

I always feel great after a nice solid workout. It's great to come home look in the mirror and know your body appreciated it!
