Yeah NW3 at 17 sucks but is not extremely rare
that's about how much hair I had at age 20. I've seen at least 10 other guys on campus like that who looked obviously 20 or younger. 3 of them dressed really well and had great posture and wore it well. They did not seem concerned, and just went on with life. But there are many other factors that can make it easier to cope with.
