With finasteride Hair Has Started To Thin Again...

Hey guys. I'm 23 and started losing my hair around 17 and have been on finasteride/Propecia since around 19. It seemed to work great for a long time, but now I am seeing increased speed in thinning I believe.

Anything that I could easily switch to that might be more effective or produce better results for me?

What about rogaine and S5% cream? :dunno:
