Will Taking Saw Palmetto With Finasteride Help?

I have currently been taking finasteride for a couple of months in a one every other day period because when i took 1 a day my scalp itched pretty bad and my hair receded alot faster then ussual

My hair is still currently receding so i wondered whether taking saw palmetto would help anything or would be hurting any progress from the last few months of taking finasteride 1mg?

I hear saw palmetto is more mild then finasteride so maybe using it with finasteride might help a little bit?

Well i do have some natural DHT blocker tabs that say to take 2 a day and it has saw and beta ect ect in it so i am tempted to try that with finasteride... hmm..
