finasteride is a systemic drug, Revivogen isn't.
Does finasteride lose its efficiency at maintaining hair over the years, because of a systemic change occuring gradually in the whole body system, or is it because of a gradual change of reaction from scalp follicles to finasteride?
In other words, could Revivogen (with spironolactone) could maintain its efficiency against male pattern baldness or not in the long term, as opposed to finasteride?
