I've been on Finasteride+Minoxidil+Niroral for three months, and I have sharp stubble in the those areas now (I keep my back and sides shaved). It's pretty far between the hairs, though, so they're not of any actual use yet. If they grew long in this state, they'd probably make me look hideous.
