Will finasteride help if your completely bald

Just wondering if the drug will help if all your hair is pretty much gone. I would just like to fill in the area on the back of my head and am fine with the front. Second question for those of you who have been on it long term has it given you a limp d*ck? I had a chance to take the drug when it first came out when I was 18 but I was afraid to take it because of the chance of having a limp pecker.

Age seem to be a big factors, reading to alot posts response.
Plus I was 27 when I started as it gave me about 20-30% regrowth and thickning effect as well.
But had a runny jizz and was gettting harder and harder to get it up, but was ok to maintain once I get it up. Still I quit after two years as I was scared of long term effects.

Went topical route after that, alot less effective, actually heaps less effective.
No more regrowth, and loss some ground after 1 years, but seem to be maintaining what was left.
Tried topical RU, if you can afford, seem to be on the same scale as internal propecia.
