Alright guys, ive been on finasteride pretty much since i was 22-23 untill before this summer. My sperm count was low and not mobile so im taking a paus from it. The thing is that i dont know if it actually did any help. My father had the same hairline i have when he was in my age. And ive had pretty much the same hairline but a bit thicker when i was younger.

As you can see i my right side is more fucked than my left so i need more there. I want to fill the temples with 2000 and put another 500 to force the front. Then doing another 2000 in a year or so. What do you guys think? Ive always had a natural high hairline which makes it look even worse with a receding one :/

Yes I think 2500 grafts would be ideal, with a good surgeon of coarse

Send your photos to a couple doctors so you can get an estimate, your hair is thick and your donor looks really good so you easily get the result you want, do a lot of research and take your time in choosing the right doctor, good luck

Thanks for the answers! Mr. Feriduni estimates 1800-2400 grafts. He is a bit expensive but maybe worth it? Seems like its a lottery when picking a doctor with a lower budget, even the ones that are "good".
