Why someone has problems with sexual function on finasteride and others have no problems? If DHT regulates libido, erection then all 100% of men will have this sides. But why someone have and onthers dont have sides? For example if we low our testosterone i think all will have problems with sexual function.

I understand this.. But low DHT itself why don't cause sides for everybody?

He just answered you, it's individualistic, some people are more tolerant to androgens deprivation than others
If you want to predict wether you'll experience some sides, no way except taking anti-androgens
