No they cant :roll: Nothing in M.p.b happens in days or even weeks. The miniturising and growth cycle of a hair follicle (ie a m.p.b effected follicle does'nt just start regrowing like any normal terminal hair.) And only fairly dramatic results can be seen by the naked eye.
Too many people on here live under the placebo effect as far as treatments are concerned.

I meant things like reductions in shedding. Hair follicles are obviously being harmed in our heads day by day, so if a treatment completely removed the androgens very quickly, shedding would slow or cease.
I spent a while thinking about this, as it seemed the only treatment reported to do this was Eucapil. Not spironolactone, not RU, not finasteride (that's what "finasteride" stands for btw fightingalltheway ), but Eucapil.
But if you think about it it makes perfect SENSE! Eucapil is supposed to degrade ARs, not just bind to empty ARs. Which therefore means that if androgens were already BOUND, Eucapil would just bash the AR regardless, and liberate the hairs of the bound androgens O.O
Obviously that's speculation, but it would explain what I've heard quite nicely
