A lot of people say dont do hair transplant before 25 because when you get old your hair could fall off and could look worse,but i dont really care how i would look when older.I just want to live my twenties with hair and really considering making a hair transplant on my temples after a year or two when 20 or 21.

like you already said: because you didnt stop the cause of your hairloss. that means that maybe your transplanted hair wont fall out after operation, but the other hairs could still be attacked by DHT. so in your case, your temples would be safe after transplantation but you still could lose the rest of your hair.

Yes but i would keep using fina and minoxidil and prp treatment aswell
