If we know androgens are basically the problem why do we have no treatments that block the receptor sites, and lower both testosterone and dht? We know testosterone and dht both bind and cause hairloss to some degree and cause both acne and stimulate sebum production. How has it been 10 years since propecia and we still have nothing that targets those things as a topical?
