Why Does The Uk Have sh*t Hair Transplant Clinics?

I live in the UK so eventually when I need a hair transplant I'll need to go to another country.

I'm guessing because it's always cold/rainy and more often than not, men are wearing hats or hoods. Also it's often cloudy, so there's no harsh sun shining down on your chrome dome and blinding drivers.
