Why do I seemingly have more hair drop after starting Finastride?

I started taking finasteride a little less than a month ago and I beginning to notice more hairs on my desk than before I started. Its not crazy bad right now, my hair still seems thick aside from the temples which have been receding for a year and a half.

I m just wondering if this is normal for finasteride? note most of these the hairs on my desk are thick normal hairs.

Maybe you're just noticing it more as you are much more self aware now. Another theory is that weaker hairs make way for newer hairs. I didn't see hair falling out as a side effect while I was reading the Propecia label.
