Ok so my hair starts getting long and because most of my head is thick i can start seeing baldness at the front of my head and makes me panic. I shave my head to a number 1. Then i look at my head where the baldness is and looks like there is no baldness wtf is with that?

It's either you're natural hairs texture, or it's early stage male pattern baldness. A lot of diffuse thinners who's hairline stay in tact can get away with shaving their heads and maintaining a full head look, id see a doctor tonconfirm this.

When your head is shaved it's harder to tell thinness since all the hair is very short, but when you start growing it out it becomes apparent that the front area is thinner than the horseshoe. Basically because there is more contrast between the two areas when the hair is longer. On the bright side if you can't tell when it is shaved then you can probably still save that area by starting Minoxidil or finasteride or even just getting a new hairstyle.
