Best FUE surgeons in the UK are Dr Reddy of The Private clinic (only perform FUE) and Dr Ball of The Maitland clinic (perform both FUE and FUT).
If for whatever reason you decide against going to either of those two (usually cost is the main reason), then personally I wouldn't bother looking at anyone else in the UK and would look at a couple of the well regarded options in Turkey. In terms of specific options in Turkey, as you are a NW2 only looking at hairline work, I'd be leaning towards someone like Dr Keser.
