Posting on behalf of a friend who had a hair piece fitted at White Cliffs recently and is unhappy with the result.
She has queries as to whether the hair is real (her regular hairdresser seems to think it's not), when she had been promised real hair (and has paid accordingly).
Has anyone else had issues with this company, and/or with the hairpieces sold? Or heard anything that might have put my friend off using them? There have been rumours of things not being as they might at first appear with White Cliffs, but obviously we are unable to confirm without details of other peoples experiences.
Hope someone can offer something useful, obviously my friend is very concerned about this, and feels that they may have been ripped off.
