Which Vitamin and Mineral Should we take most?

I heard that the people who have hair loss problem should take magnesium. Do you know someting else?

i take biotin and msm about 3000mg of each everyday, i just started so we'll see what happens

Alll men with vitamin deficiency should be eating pills.. but if you're not, you're just wasting money~!!! It won't do squat for you..

I just eat calcium tablets because I can't have dairy products..

There seems to be a clear rationale (by way of published studies) for taking supplements of biotin and B6 for hairloss. I'm not talking about mega-doses or anything, just reasonable quantities. And along with a good balanced program of other vitamins and minerals, too.

I think most people who eat a fairly balanced diet probably get all the vitamins they need. But, I think it is good to take a multivitamin as well to fill in any gaps on a daily basis. It's probably best in the case of the B Complex vitamins, as they are water soluble and you piss them out as the day goes along. This means that a good meal with lots of B Complex in it on one day, will not be retained in your system the next day. So, to keep a good, consistent level of B Complex in your system, daily supplements and/or a multivit are the way to go.

is it ok to take 1000mcg of b12?
i been taking that last 2 weeks..

also i heard that biotin speeds up the growth phase of hair and u could also shed telegen hairs earlier as a result since its faster..any truth?..i imagine if u on propecia that wouldbt be bad but if your not
