Which Shampoo shall i use on the NIZORAL off days guys?

i use nizoral twice a week. what shampoo shall i get for the other days of the week? do i need really mild stuff? whats nano?

There's no correct answer to this question.

I use pretty mild, organic shampoos followed by Jason Thin to Thick conditioner on the days I don't use Nizoral. Plenty of people here will think it's pointless to avoid your everyday commercial shampoos - but I like the way the organic products make my hair feel and they don't irritate my scalp.

On my Nizoral days, however, I use Jason Thin to Thick shampoo (with fruit acids to thoroughly clean the scalp and enhance absorption) followed by a Nizoral soak.

cheers guys. well i thought i been using what ever shampoos are in my house n tht aint helped too much now has it. lol.

my derm said my scalp was in terrible condition.

I use a rotations of:

Baby shampoo
nizoral
Head and shoulders

with the TGel conditioner every second day. The conditioners is very essential to manage your hair especially when it is thinning! :freaked2:

With the exception of Nizoral, shampoo will do very little if anything for hairloss.

My advice is to use one that makes your hair look fullest.

NANO Shampoo would be an obvious choice. NANO is a molecule that's rather similar to minoxidil in its effects on hair follicles, so alternating it with Nizoral and a third, "ordinary" shampoo ought to be nicely synergistic.

Anyone know where to get NANO in Canada, I am also looking for Revivogen Is Rev good as alternating shampoo?

I used Fructise (sp?) mostly because it's got that volumizing stuff in it like a lot of other shampoos and plus it feels pretty nice and smells good.
