well i've only really used tricomin, but cannot tolorate the alcohol content. I can use it for about 2 or 3 days but then my scalp really starts to hate the stuff.
At some point i may buy some AMcrew, probably not folligen because i've got thick blonde hair and don't really want to look like a green martian.

Tricomin has at least limited (phase II level) studies to back up its effectiveness, showing thickening of the hair shaft. It is convenient and doesnt turn your hair green.
Folligen has copper mixed with different peptides (cheaper to formulate, I believe) and does not have the clinical studies to back up its effectiveness.
American Crew has copper peptides at a ?lower concentration but the same type as tricomin? and also lacks clinical studies to show effectiveness. It is formulated and sold mainly as a cosmetic product...
